We at iShoot.direct LLC (“iSD”) value your privacy and your ability to be informed regarding how information about you may be used by us. As such, you should review this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) prior to using our services. Your use of our services and/or provision to us of information about you is deemed an acceptance of the Privacy Policy and the data-related practices described herein.


The Privacy Policy applies to your use of the http://iShoot.direct and http://ishootdirect.com  websites (collectively, the “Websites”) and our mobile applications (the “App” and, together with the Websites, the “Services”),  and governs data collection and usage. By using the Services in any way, you consent to the data practices described herein.


Users should review his Privacy Policy in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, which applies to your overall use of the Services and which may govern certain disputes or issues involving this Privacy Policy. 

Collection of your Personal Information

We do not collect personally identifiable information from our users for any purpose other than the delivery of Services, the functioning of our applications and optimizing its performance. This includes name, email and phone number collection to identify and secure your account(s) with us, and to facilitate our communication with you. Except as provided herein, we do not use nor share this information for any other purpose. Your provision of this information is your consent for us to contact you via this information, but not for purely marketing purposes. This includes your consent to iSD contacting you via text/SMS, and you acknowledge and understand that text and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time.


We will not use or disclose the information provided by you except (a) as necessary to provide services or products that have been  ordered; (b) in other ways described in this Privacy Policy or to which you have otherwise consented; (c) in the aggregate with other information in such a way so that your identity cannot reasonably be determined; (d) as required by law, or in response to a subpoena or search warrant; (e) to outside auditors who have agreed to keep the information confidential; (f) as necessary to enforce our Terms and Conditions; or (g) as necessary to lawfully maintain, safeguard and preserve all the rights and property of iSD.


Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by the Services. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used to provide and maintain the quality of the Services and to provide general statistics regarding the use and provision of the Services.


We utilize third party platforms and providers to optimize, support, host and distribute the Services. You are encouraged to consult their respective policies, for which we are not responsible, available at:






​Additionally, iSD encourages you to review the privacy policies of websites you choose to link to from the Services so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. We are not responsible for those privacy practices or policies. 


The Services collect user-generated content as part of their core functions including audio and video transmitted live. We do not use this material for any purposes other than the delivery of our media production services. Take care that the setting in which you record audio or video for purposes of using the Services does not reveal personal information about you or others which you do not want revealed to the intended users or viewers of the video. Your usage of the Services constitutes your consent to our access to the video or audio you record using the Services.

Security of Your Personal Information

iSD secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, we do not guarantee 100% safety from hacks, other instances of cybercrime and other types of breaches.


Personal Information Request

If you are a resident of the California or of European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to: (1) request access to your personal information and rectification of inaccurate personal information; (2) request erasure of your personal information; (3) request restrictions on the processing of your personal information; (4) object to processing your personal information; and/or (5) the right to data portability (“collectively, “Requests”). We can only process Requests from a user whose identity has been verified. To verify your identity, please provide your email address or URL when you make a Request. You can submit a Request emailing support@ishoot.direct and stating, “I am a(n) California/EU (select one) resident and would like to exercise my individual rights.” You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.


Retaining, Modifying and Deleting Your Personal information
You may access the information we hold about you. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us using support@ishoot.direct. If you would like to update, correct, modify or delete from our database any personal information you previously submitted to us, please let us know by accessing and updating your profile. If you delete certain information you may not be able to order services in the future without re-submitting such information. We will comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that we will maintain personal information in our database whenever we are required to do so by law. Please note that we need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such change or deletion (for example, when you enter a promotion, you may not be able to change or delete the personal information provided until after the completion of such promotion). We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.


Children Under Thirteen

iSD does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for Services or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. 

Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
