The Services collect user-generated content as part of their core functions including audio and video transmitted live. We do not use this material for any purposes other than the delivery of our media production services. Take care that the setting in which you record audio or video for purposes of using the Services does not reveal personal information about you or others which you do not want revealed to the intended users or viewers of the video. Your usage of the Services constitutes your consent to our access to the video or audio you record using the Services.
Security of Your Personal Information
iSD secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, we do not guarantee 100% safety from hacks, other instances of cybercrime and other types of breaches.
Personal Information Request
If you are a resident of the California or of European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to: (1) request access to your personal information and rectification of inaccurate personal information; (2) request erasure of your personal information; (3) request restrictions on the processing of your personal information; (4) object to processing your personal information; and/or (5) the right to data portability (“collectively, “Requests”). We can only process Requests from a user whose identity has been verified. To verify your identity, please provide your email address or URL when you make a Request. Retaining, Modifying and Deleting Your Personal information

If you would like to update, correct, modify or delete from our database any personal information you previously submitted to us, please let us know by accessing and updating your profile. If you delete certain information you may not be able to order services in the future without re-submitting such information. We will comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that we will maintain personal information in our database whenever we are required to do so by law.
